Fabulous! Simply fabulous…
Thank you so very much for sharing your special gift and energies to create the
unique bike Shari and I were hoping to have. From our first meeting, reviewing
your portfolio and discussing the tone and personality for the tank art, to
selecting color schemes, and the final selection of the Varga Girl art you
would soon be putting on my bike, it has been a pleasure to work with the two
of you. Little did we know, or could even imagine at the time of those early
discussions just how your special talent would transform our straight 2002
Harley Road King into rolling art.
As a newcomer (3-years) to the HD family, I believed we had personalized the
bike with the requisite chrome bits and pieces that would distinguish it from
the others. Also, we began to get the itch to 'step-it-up' as we saw what could
be done with them. My Father's stories and pictures of his WWII bomber group
were the origins of the idea for the tank art after the nose art of his plane
that would 'kick-it-up'. Not just any art or artist, it had to be authentic,
and contemporary – 1964 Mustang in 2006. Vargas did many pin-ups that became
the nose-art on those WWII bombers. Our hope was to bring his art to life on
the Road King tank. Mission accomplished.
In the three months since you completed the art, the smiles and 'thumbs-up'
have been too numerous to count. The Bike has become an attention magnet, with
many an appreciative compliment.
To those who may be thinking about having you share your talents with them and their
bike, we would say – 'Go with confidence.' There are three things they will
receive doing business with RedHouse Custom Paint:
• Creativity and Talent
• Master workmanship
• Honesty and integrity
While your talent on our bike speaks for itself, working with Angela and you
was a real pleasure.
Most Sincerely,
